BDO struggled with a fragmented print environment, high IT workloads, no centralized management, security risks due to the lack of user authentication.

We delivered a secure, centralized Managed Print Services (MPS) solution with a nationwide FollowMe print system, eliminating branch servers and reducing costs, including automated printer setup, user onboarding, and real-time firmware monitoring for security &compliance. With authenticated printing and role-based access, BDO safeguarded sensitive data while gaining full visibility into usage and costs for fleet management optimization.
